The Bullystoppers.com mission is to encourage all schools to understand the important role anonymous reporting tools play in bully prevention and intervention, and offering a free, false report proof tool to incorporate into school policy. Anonymous reporting tools compliment a school's bully prevention program and in some states such as New Jersey, anti-bullying law requires schools to have an anonymous reporting method available to students. To review the NJ Anti-Bullying Law click here.
Visitors to Bullystoppers.com should note that any method of anonymous reporting (via voice mail, internet, regular mail, drop box or in person) is an option available to students who feel more comfortable remaining anonymous while reporting bullying situations to school staff. Students may also report bullying problems directly to school staff or other trusted adults. Tom Letson, MA LPC LCADC is in support of students who feel more comfortable in reporting bullying problems in person to their school staff.
