Reacting to things first without thinking it through is a common mistake made by
many young people who have difficulties with controlling anger.
Making a list of things that you typically react with anger to can be
useful in planning to make improvements. Once
aware of the things that usually set you off, you may be able to prevent future
anger outbursts – and all the problems that come along with them!
Please complete the following list and be prepared to discuss your
